I recently purchased your duffel bag and it is durable, the construction is robust, and the value for the price is exceptional. However, few tweeks like adding a nice section of rubberized or padded cushioning in the center of the long strap would provide grip and comfort when slinging the bag over a shoulder preventing it from slipping and making it softer against the body. Morover, The large zippered pocket on one side is perfect for shoes, whereas on the opposite side, I suggest adding a deep, elasticized mesh pocket specifically designed to securely hold a water bottle or umbrella. This would be incredibly useful for gym-goers and travelers.

I had ordered a product recently, but unfortunately, it arrived defective. I immediately raised a replacement request hoping the issue would be resolved.While I appreciate that the replacement was processed quickly, I was disappointed to find that the same defective product was sent again. The issue I had originally reported was not addressed at all — it seems the product was just picked and shipped again without proper inspection.This has not only caused inconvenience but also a loss of trust in the quality check and replacement process. I kindly request a proper resolution this time — either a thoroughly inspected working product or a refund.I hope the matter is taken seriously and resolved as soon as possible.Thank you
