Shipping Policy

• Standard Shipping:
• Free delivery
• 3-8 working days from the date of dispatch
• Orders placed after 11 AM might get dispatched on the next day

• Express Shipping: 
• Charges apply at Rs. 350 per order
• 1-3 working days from the date of dispatch
• Service only available for metro cities and capital cities
• Orders placed after 11 AM might get dispatched on the next day
• Eligible for prepaid orders only
• Express shipping cost will not be refunded in case of return

Returns Policy

• Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery without any conditions
• The product will be picked up from your address by our courier team
• In case we are unable to pickup service for return, then the customer will have to ship it back to us via standard postal service and we will provide a refund of the shipping cost
• Refund will be processed within 48 hours of receiving the product back
• Express shipping cost of Rs. 350 is not eligible for refund in case of return
• Email to orders@tripole.in with subject line as "Return Request". Mention your order ID and reason for return for our reference.

Warranty Policy

• 12 month fully covered warranty:
• Cover any damage to the product
• Product will be replaced or repaired depending on the issue
• Doorstep pickup and drop facility will be provided during this period
• Additional 24 month limited warranty:
• Covers any damage to the product
• Product will be replaced or repaired depending on the issue
• Shipping charges to our manufacturing unit will have to borne by the customer
• Email to orders@tripole.in with subject line as "Warranty Claim". Mention your order ID and reason for warranty claim.
• Rucksacks that come with a 5 year warranty come with a 12 month fully covered warranty and 48 months limited warranty.
