Issues with return and refund

Really Bad service for refund and return.
I got a defective item. Raised a return request for it. Got so many issues with the return everyday I had to contact them and ask when will someone pick it up after 5 days of continuous call someone picked it up and then i got another text that i was unavailable for pickup.
No idea as to when will it be refunded.
Never faced so many issues with any product before.
Would not suggest Tripole gears if you want to return a defective item.
Really bad service.

Ultimate rucksack

Great ruxksack, I would say at this price. Beats the biggy brands of India by providing great features and services. Awesome to speak with the staff and see their dedication towards the product.
