Over all good bag - could have more comfortable straps

Satisfied with the purchase, it was as mentioned in the listing. The shoulder straps don't have any padding and the material is rough and cuts into the shoulder. Either some padding or use of mesh etc for the shoulder pad should be done to make it more comfortable to carry
